This first synthesis identifies key policy-related issues and recommendations related to extended mobility for work in resource extraction industries, with a focus on home, host and ‘hub’ communities. The policy synthesis will be of interest to federal, provincial and municipal governments and to industry, labour and those who serve and support mobile workers and their families.
