It is based primarily on work done by researchers and partners in Northern British Columbia and Newfoundland and Labrador.

The policy synthesis will be of interest to federal and provincial governments and to industry, labour and those who serve and support mobile workers and their families. It is based primarily on work done by researchers and partners in six provincial jurisdictions: British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Québec, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland and Labrador.
